As most active GOM know, I am coming up to my NINETY FIRST (91) birthday.
Everyone says "Are'nt you marvellous...you don't look a day over seventy"...That's a compliment? If you want to compliment me, tell me "You don't look a day over fifty."...Most seventies I know are bloody wrinkly old bastards.
I used to enjoy being "old" up to the last ten years, but now, sometimes it's a real pain in the rectum. All my best friends and people I could relate to have gone to the big snuff box in the sky and I am on my tod malone.
That's why I am posting this in caase there's anyone left from my era.
