i am a 45 yr old biker and agree with young bikers being limited for a few yrs. as its too easy to go find death on a 1000 cc when you are inexperienced. but why should young drivers be allowed to drive powerfull cars when they have just passed thier test as it is plain to see by the deaths on the road that they cannot handle them and mainly show off with a car full of mates. I think they should be limited to a little 1100 to start and progress up when they have gained the experience to handle a bigger car. mr blair hope you read this as it needs something doing
